We will start creating your custom poster for you once payment has cleared. It will then be emailed to you as a draft PDF for you to approve before printing. Please keep an eye on your email and allow one to three days for your file to be created. If you need it urgently please let us know and we will try our best to accomodate!

Instructions
Please add your personalised details into the ‘Special instructions for seller’ box in your cart. Please use the following format (copy and paste):

Initial, Full Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Birth Length, Birth Weight

Example: A, Amy Lee Smith, 15 April 2018, 6.00AM, 50 CENTIMETERS, 3000 GRAMS

Gift wrapping
We offer a gift wrapping service to add that special touch to your order. If you select this option your gift will be lovingly wrapped in thick brown paper, tied with a decorative string. You can also leave a gift message and we will include a gift card with your message on it. Simply add your message to the ‘Special instructions for seller’ box in your cart.

Please allow for variations in colour from screen to hardcopy print. Frame and props not included.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE Australia wide! We also offer reduced rates for our international customers :)

How long until my order is dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all order within 1–3 business days from our head quarters in Newcastle, NSW.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will do everything we can to ensure your order is on its way to you as soon as possible. Please see the Australia Post website for up-to-date information on their delivery times.

Do you offer Express shipping?
We do! You can choose to upgrade to Express shipping at checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
